WHAT IS NEEDED TO APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP
1. Full Name, address and phone number with the best time for contact. 2. Photo copy (s) of the different certificates (and/or DD-214s if applicable) you hold in all Martial Arts or combat training. Including the highest ranking certificate you now hold. * 3. If you are accepted into ICSDF would you be willing to share your knowledge with other students, schools and styles? 4. What interested you in being affiliated with the ICSDF organization?
5. Are you a member of any other Martial Arts associations? If so which ones? 6. Are you teaching Martial Arts now? If so is it at your own school or franchise?
7. Do you understand and agree with these three simple requirements?
A. To be proficient in the combative system (s) being represented.
B. Realize that there is no one style/ system that is better than another.
C. Have an open mind and a desire to continue learning and training.
